Evan has extensive experience in global strategy, global digital campaigns and international & domestic marketing from an Artist perspective from time spent with Island and Legacy Records, and prior to that, holding senior positions with major and independent labels over a 20 year period.
Evan works closely with the Artist to build initiatives and profitable innovations that deliver significant promotional and commercial upside (such as Sync, licensing) and transforming the Artist music catalogue into a commercial asset.

In the late 90's Antonio joined Vision Records as a junior A&R co-ordinator. He's worked for J Records, Columbia and Arista (RCA Records) as a senior A&R Manager.
He's played an integral role in producing, managing and devising both recorded and live strategies and worked with acts including Jessie J, Miley Cyrus, Avril Lavigne, Kings Of Leon, Christina Aguilera, Kelly Clarkson, Bad Boy Inc, Pink!, And is the recipient of 2 platinum and 3 Gold disks and a Coca Cola Music Award.



Isabelle Taylor

Isabelle has over 20 years experience in both traditional and digital music media advertising, gained from her time working at AOL, Warner Music Group and EMI. She was responsible for developing the online brand and marketing of Artist including international campaigns for Ed Sheeran, Rita Ora, Coldplay and Lily Allen.
Isabelle creates initiatives around fan empowerment and Artist interaction across the web, mobile and social networks leading to the incorporation of these initiatives into the Artist’s marketing protocols.

Specialising in the artistic, social, and psychological aspects of fashion and image in music. Elodie’s strengths lie in her innate ability to recognise an artists’ vision and conceptualises this through the musician’s onstage performance looks, music videos, press photos, editorials and public appearances.
With a strong understanding of the fashion marketplace from her experience gained by working in London, Barcelona and Paris with high profile musicians, record labels and fashion houses.
